The premise

Every effect
has a cause

Performance breakdowns are rarely about effort. They trace back to something underneath: an unprocessed experience, an unexamined belief, or a nervous system that never got to stand down.

We work upstream. Clinical care where care is needed, performance training where skill is needed, and honest conversation about the difference. The goal is not to feel good for an afternoon; it is to build a mind that holds up when the moment gets heavy.
