Structured, confidential counseling for athletes, military personnel, first responders, and others navigating pressure, transition, relationships, burnout, or identity concerns. Counseling is available only when the client is physically located in Washington State.
Please keep your initial email free of symptoms, clinical history, and other private health information. Clinical information is collected through the secure client platform.

For individual mental performance consulting, team or unit programming, keynotes, workshops, media, and other non-clinical inquiries, share your audience, goals, location, and preferred date.
