About Paul as a Speaker
Paul Swanson is a sport mental health and performance speaker, a former NCAA Division I football player, and a U.S. Army Infantry Officer. He works with high school, collegiate, and elite athletes to build performance clarity, leadership, and psychological resilience under pressure. Paul has presented at national and state coaching conventions across wrestling, football, gymnastics, volleyball, tennis, and multi-sport organizations. He is a CMPC Candidate through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology and holds an LMHCA credential in Washington State, bringing a practical, process-driven approach that bridges mental health and elite performance.
